Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco definitely had that newly-engaged glow at the 2025 Golden Globes!
The nominated actress and her music producer fiancé stepped out for their first major event since getting engaged in December.
The pair didn't walk the carpet together, but showed off their looks side by side inside the Beverly Hilton, where Blanco also showered his wife-to-be with shoulder kisses during host Nikki Glaser's opening monologue. The sweet moment was captured during the aired ceremony on CBS.
Gomez, 32, looked like a princess in a custom Prada off-the-shoulder gown designed in a romantic blue hue. The dress was also made with an elegant column skirt, accentuated with subtle pleating on the waistline, and a scarf that Gomez carried around her arm throughout the night. An eye-catching diamond necklace and stud earrings by Tiffany & Co. added a sparkly element to the satiny ensemble.
Hairstylist Renato Campora styled Gomez's hair in a wavy bob inspired by icons Sofia Loren, Lauren Bacall, and Marilyn Monroe. He used Joico products to achieve the old Hollywood-style hairdo.
Blanco, 36, let his partner shine, wearing a white textured suit with boucle-like texture and a lace mock turtleneck.

Gomez is nominated at this year's Golden Globes for best performance by a female actor in a supporting role for Emilia Pérez, as well as best performance by a female actor in a television series – musical or comedy for Only Murders in the Building. Her Emilia Pérez costar Zoe Saldaña is nominated alongside her in the first category. Gomez shouted her out on her Instagram Stories back in December when she learned of her double nomination.
“I don’t even know what to write. I’m so proud of @zoesaldana and I am so grateful and honored @goldenglobes,” Gomez captioned a video of herself hearing the nominations that she posted to her social media at the time.
Ariana Grande (Wicked), Felicity Jones (The Brutalist), Margaret Qualley (The Substance) and Isabella Rosselini (Conclave) are also nominated in that category.
The actress shared another post to her Instagram Stories to acknowledge her TV nomination. She shared a picture from the OMITB set and wrote that she was “so proud” of her TV “family,” which also includes Martin Short and Steve Martin, who are both also nominated for awards.
In the TV category, Gomez is up against Kristen Bell (Nobody Wants This), Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), Kathryn Hahn (Agatha All Along) and Jean Smart (Hacks). Gomez has previously been nominated twice in this category.

Gomez kicked off awards season in January in an all-white suit at the 36th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards. At the Jan. 3 event, she wore a Ralph Lauren suit that featured a structured blazer, tie and pants. At one point while posing on the carpet, she took off her blazer to reveal her matching button-down vest and mesh top.

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco first collaborated on a song together in 2015. Nine years later, they are engaged.
The news comes a year and a half after Gomez and Blanco began dating and a year after they went public as a couple. The newly-engaged musicians have shared a lot of digital PDA since telling fans they were romantically involved.
Here's a detailed timeline of their relationship.
Blanco has built a reputation as a sought-after pop producer, helping to create mega-hits like Kesha's 2009 breakthrough "Tik Tok" and Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" in 2010.
In 2015, he was credited on two songs in Gomez's second solo album "Revival." The songs, "Same Old Love" and "Kill Em With Kindness," were both released as singles.
Gomez and Blanco are credited as cowriters on "Kill Em With Kindness," which she has described as "lyrically my favorite song" from "Revival."
At the time of the album's release, Gomez was still heavily associated with her on-and-off boyfriend Justin Bieber, though she was actively trying to change that narrative.
Blanco began making his own music in 2018. The following year, he released "I Can't Get Enough" as a stand-alone single.

Appearing on an episode of SiriusXM's "The Howard Stern Show," Blanco said he didn't realize his relationship with Gomez had turned romantic during their first date.

Later in the interview, Gomez said she plans to start a family by 35 but that she can't carry a child and would want to adopt.
"I haven't ever said this, but I unfortunately can't carry my own children," Gomez said. "I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby's in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while."
She added she's "in a much better place" about the situation."At the end of the day, I don't care. It'll be mine. It'll be my baby," she said.

The actress and singer posted a picture of a large engagement ring on Instagram, with the caption "forever begins now".
It comes after the couple confirmed their relationship last year.

Two-time Grammy-nominated Gomez posted further pictures of her beaming, wearing the ring, and one of Blanco embracing her in what appears to be a closet.

Swift replied: "Yes I will be the flower girl."
Rapper Cardi B, actresses Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Suki Waterhouse, and singer Lil Nas X also sent well wishes.
In an Instagram Story shared with her 423 million followers, the most-followed woman on the app also revealed a video showing her ring to loved ones on the phone.

Gomez kicked off her slideshow with a shot of a paper plate with beans on which someone scratched "I love you" in ink. She also included a cozy selfie with Blanco, as well as a shot from a glam couple's night out in which he kissed Gomez's hand.
Gomez also shared a video seemingly from the same evening, in which she and Blanco shared a smooch.
She included a photo of the pair posing while peering at a security footage monitor at a T.J. Maxx store. The gallery was rounded out by a picture of Gomez and her younger sister enjoying New York City restaurant Serendipity 3's iconic frozen hot chocolate, and a mirror selfie displaying Gomez's engagement ring.
